The maximum occupancy of all rooms is 2 persons. All bedrooms feature king-size beds and it is not possible to add an extra/rollaway bed.
Bookings made on a flexible rate can be cancelled up to 3 days before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge. Bookings cancelled less than 3 days before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.
Bookings made on a prepaid rate must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Littleton Lodge operates a no-smoking policy, this includes all kinds of cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. All our rooms are non-smoking. A fine of £120 applies for not respecting this policy.
Cars are left in the Car Park at the owner's own risk. The Management cannot accept responsibility for loss or Damage of property or vehicles in this Car Park.
Guests must be over 18 years of age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages, and are asked to drink responsibly. Children under the age of 18 years must be supervised at all times when taking any items from the Honesty Bar.
Guests booking our self contained cottage, Little Lodge, are welcome to bring up to 2 small dogs or one medium sized dog with them subject to a surcharge of £10 per stay. Please call 01380 813 494 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of booking to make arrangements for your dog(s).
All guest accommodation is accessed by stairs or steps and therefore may not be suitable if you do not have full mobility. Please call 01380 813 494 or e-mail email@example.com if you have any concerns.
Damage and Breakages
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act, omission, default or neglect to Littleton Lodge’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to guest’s credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage, to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a nut free environment and therefore Littleton Lodge is not suited to anyone with a severe nut or food allergy.
Bed linen and towels in Little Lodge are changed every week for guests booking longer stays.
Comments & Complaints
Any comment or complaint regarding your stay should be made to a representative of Littleton Lodge at the time of visit so that the matter can be resolved immediately.
Littleton Lodge is subject to statutory controls, including those relating to fire, health, hygiene and safety. These must be strictly observed by guests.
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Littleton Lodge, Littleton Lodge’s liability to our guests is limited to the price of the booking. Unless Littleton Lodge is liable under the above clause, guests indemnify Littleton Lodge from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking. Littleton Lodge does not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to guests notwithstanding that such service may be arranged by Littleton Lodge. Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests (or any person claiming thereunder) shall be made directly with such third parties and Littleton Lodge shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.
